I am 16 year old girl that loves life and people. I met Dave when he spoke at our school. He touched my heart so much, that I knew I wanted to be like Dave.<\/p>

There is a girl in my school that was invited to go to the prom, but she said she could not go because she did not have anything to wear. I went to my parents and asked if I could get into my savings to buy a dress for Jane. I told them I wanted to pay to get her nails, hair and makeup done. When I got done telling my parents about what I wanted to do, they said yes, and they also told me that they would like to help.<\/p>

I called Jane and asked if I could come over and talk with her and she said yes. I got there and told her what my family wanted to do for her, and then she started to cry.<\/p>

We made plans to go dress shopping with Jane, my mom and I the following week. When the day came to go shopping whit Jane, she was so excited that she was smiling from ear to ear. We started right in on looking for Jane. We found one right away and Jane loved it.<\/p>

One the day of prom we went together to get our nails and makeup done. We had a blast.<\/p>

Jane lost her mom to cancer when she was 6 years old. My mom told her that she would fill in for her mom when she needed her to.<\/p>

Jane and her date had so much fun.<\/p>

Dave, I told you that I was going to be a Spark Giver like you.<\/p>
